2008 South Plains Regional Fair March 28th & 29th United Spirit Arena---Texas Tech University Project entry forms due to Sandy Hancock at 5626 88th Street, Lubbock, TX 79424 by March 10, 2008. Forms and links to rules and ISEF forms at (www.phys.ttu.edu) under Highlights, or just click here. Entry packets can be picked up at 9:30 a.m. at the registration table located in the southwest corner of the mezzanine. Projects can be put up that time. Saftey committee will begin viewing projects at 9:30 a.m. Please stay with your project until given a green sticker. Judging will being promptly at 1:00 p.m. Only students will be allowed on the floor at that time. ALL TEACHERS and PARENTS must remain in the arena seats until judging is complete. Please double check all forms. We always have students entered in the wrong category and/or wrong grade level. It creates an enormous problem to make a change at the last minute. How you enter a student is how they will be judged! Please give us a contact phone number other than the school. Many times we need to reach someone over spring break and are unable to do so. Students are allowed to bring chairs and stools to sit on while they wait for the judges. Security is provided throughout the fair, but please do not be careless with expensive items.
