PGC 50779, also known as ESO 97-13, is a magnitude 12.0 spiral galaxy located deep in the southern Milky Way in the constellation Circinus. Considering the amount of extinction affecting this galaxy, if it were away from the plane of the Milky Way, it could probably be a fine sight.
