Koh 2-3, also known as PK 234 -6.1, is a moderately large but fairly faint planetary nebula in southern Canis Major. The magnitude is quoted as 14.5 but the light is spread out over an area more than 60" across, making it a very difficult object to observe visually. It was possibly visible in a 12" telescope using an OIII filter.
