Jones 1
PK 104 -29.6

Combination of 3, 5 minute exposures, SBIG ST-8 CCD.
8" f/10 schmidt-cassegrain at prime focus.

Jones 1 is a large, but faint faint planetary nebula in Pegasus. It was not visible in a 10" telescope, even when an OIII filter was used. The quoted magnitude is about 15 and the size is about 5 arc minutes in diameter. Probably a 20" telescope would be required to observe this nebula.

The nebula is visible in the above image as two arcs.
