Heinze 2-123
PK 323 +2.1

3 minutes exposure, Meade 416XT CCD.
300mm f/6 newtonian at prime focus.

Henize 2-123 is a small and fairly faint planetary nebula in Norma, between Lupus and Circinus. It was not a difficult object with a 12" telescope, especially if an OIII filter and moderately high magnification were used to aid in distinguishing it from the surrounding stars.
