Number 26 in the Herschel 400 list is NGC 651, more commonly known as M76. NGC 651 is a bright planetary nebula in Perseus and is popularly known as the "Little Dumbell" because of its resemblance in the telescope to the larger and brighter M27, the Dumbell Nebula. This is another object which I find strange to be included in the Herschel 400 list.
