Numbaer 144 in the Herschel 400 list is NGC 3190, while number 145 in the list is NGC 3193. Both of these objects are captured in this image.

At magnitude 9.1, NGC 3190 is the brightest member of a small group of galaxies in Leo, known as Hickson 44A. Only a little fainter at magnitude 9.6, is the elliptical galaxy, NGC 3193. Another member of the group in the image is NGC 3187 to the upper right (north west) of NGC 3190. A 4th member, NGC 3185, is just out of the field.

NGC 3190 is an edge-on spiral with a dark dust lane. This was not visible in the telescope. NGC 3190 is an E0, while NGC 3187 is a barred spiral, probably SBd.
