DELPHINUS

30 minutes exposure, Fuji Super HG II 400 film. 50mm f/2 Nikkormat lens.

Delphinus is a small constellation just east of Aquila and the bright star Altair. Although a portion of the Milky Way intrudes into one cornor of the constellation, it contains relatively few interesting objects for a small telescope. As a result it is often overlooked. Also from the southern hemisphere, it has to compete with the more spectacular regions to the south.
