Abell 26 is a fairly small and very faint planetary nebula in Puppis. The magnitude is quoted as 18.1 (photographic). It was not visible in a 17.5" telescope, and is only weakly recorded in this image, just right of centre, almost halfway between the two bright stars, indicated by the lines.
