76437 2000 FD29 is a main belt asteroid with an estimated diameter of 15 km. It was discovered on March 27, 2000, by LONEOS at Anderson Mesa. The semi-major axis is 3.04 AU, the eccentricity is a low 0.009 and the inclination is 11.44 degrees.

This asteroid was observed on 7 nights during May, 2011. Despite all of the data, the lightcurve was very noisy due to the faintness of the asteroid. The best period that could be derived indicated a period of 8.38 hours.
