Asteroid 51276 2000 JZ81

51276 2000 JZ81 is a main-belt asteroid with an estimated diameter of 10 km. It was discovered on May 7, 2000, by LONEOS at Anderson Mesa. The semi-major axis is 2.52 AU, the eccentricity is 0.132 and the inclination is 11.79 degrees.

This asteroid was first observed on 2 nights during June 2009 when it was in the field of another asteroid that I was studying. The resulting lightcurve waas very noisy making it difficult to derive a period. The lightcurve shown below was the best result that could be achieved with the data. More observations are required.
