Asteroid 2942 Cordie is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on January 29, 1932 by K. Reinmuth at Heidelberg. The semi-major axis is 2.15 AU and the eccentricity is 0155 and the inclination is 6.82 degrees.
I observed this asteroid on 2 nights during June 2003. A period of 5.93 hours was derived however this result is very uncertain as the data was very noisy due to background stars.
