Asteroid 2731 Cucula


Asteroid 2731 Cucula is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on 21 May, 1982 by P. Wild at Zimmerwald. The semi-major axis is 2.88 AU and the eccentricity is 0.192 and the inclination is 13.25 degrees.

I observed this asteroid on 4 nights during June and July 2005. A period of 9.53 hours was derived however this is unlikely to be correct due to the paucity of the data.
