Asteroid 2112 Ulyanov

2112 Ulyanov is a main belt asteroid with an estimated diameter of about 10 km. It was discovered on July 13, 1972 by T.M. Smirnova at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. The semi-major axis is 2.25 AU, the eccentricity is a rather high 0.518 and the inclination is 3.77 degrees.

Observations were made on two nights that were two weeks apart. A total of 208 images were taken using both one and three minute exposures. The results were noisy, but indicated an asymmetric lightcurve with a period of 3.00 hours. Given the scatter in the data, this result is uncertain.
