13860 Neely is a main belt asteroid with an estimated diameter of 10 km. It was discovered on December 15, 1999 by Charles W. Juels at Fountain Hills. The semi-major axis is 3.12 AU, the eccentricity is 0.200 and the inclination is 17.10 degrees.
Observations of this asteroid were made on six nights during May and June 2008. The resulting lightcurve was noisy but a period of 9.791 hours was derived.
