Asteroid 1386 Storeria

Asteroid 1386 Storeria is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on 28 July, 1935 by G. Neujmin, at Simeis and on August 2, 1935 by E. Delporte at Uccle. The semi-major axis is 2.03 AU and the eccentricity is 0.286 and the inclination is 11.82 degrees.

I observed this asteroid on 3 nights during June 2004. Although a period of 6.36 hours was derived, 2 other observers reported a period of 8.67 hours. My results could fit such a period though not as well, so I probably found an alias of the true period. Something that is easy to do when the data does not cover the full period as in this case.
