Asteroid 12920 1998 VM15


Asteroid 12920 1998 VM15 is an outer main belt asteroid with an estimated diameter of 10 km. It was discovered on November 10, 1998 by LINEAR at Socorro. The semi-major axis is 3.58 AU, the eccentricity is 0.204 and the inclination is 6.34 degrees.

This asteroid was observed on 10 nights between August and November 2013. The resulting lightcurve was very asymetric and yielded a period of 12.884 hours.
