NGC 7727 is a moderately bright spiral galaxy that is part of a scattered cluster of galaxies that straddles the Pegasus/Aquarius border. It is easily visible in a 10" telescope, as a small, bright patch of light surrounded by a very faint haze.

In the image above, the 14th magnitude spiral galaxy, NGC 7724 is visible near the top right. A number of very faint background galaxies are also visible.

Combination of 5, 3 minute images unfiltered.
