NGC 7479

NGC 7479 is a moderately large and fairly bright, face-on spiral galaxy in Pegasus. At magnitude 11.6, it is easily visible in an 8" telescope as a bright central patch, set in a moderately bright elongated region, surrounded by a faint haze.
