NGC 7205

Combination of 20, 3 minute exposures, SBIG STL-1001E CCD camera.
300mm f/6 newtonian telescope at prime focus.

Like its neighbouring constellation Grus, the southern constellation of Tucana is rich with faint galaxies that are interesting to hunt down with the telescope. One of the brighter ones is the 11th magnitude spiral galaxy, NGC 7025. Just to the right of NGC 7502 is the 14.4 magnitude NGC 7505.
