Located in Pisces, and at magnitude 10.7, NGC 660 is one of the brightest examples of a "Polar-ring" galaxy.

Polar-ring galaxies have a stream of gas and sometimes stars that rotate over the poles of the galaxy. They are believed to be the result of galaxy mergers.
