8" f/6 newtonian telescope at prime focus.

The spiral galaxy NGC 4965 is a faint, outlying member of the Virgo cluster of galaxies. In an 8" telescope it appears as a faint patch of light with a brighter centre. Several very faint background galaxies are also visible in the image.
