NGC 3999

NGC 3999 is one of the fainter members of a small group of galaxies on the border of Leo and Coma Berenices. Although not the brightest, it is the easiest to observe as it has a very high surface brightness. Most of the brighter galaxies in the image are visible in a 10" telescope under dark skies.
