NGC 3607 is a fairly large and bright galaxy in Leo. NGC 3608 and NGC 3605 were visible in the same field.

In the image above, the bright galaxy just below NGC 3607 is the 12.1 magnitude NGC 3605, while the edge-on spiral at the bottom of the image is the 14.1 magnitude PGC 34419. In the bottom left corner is the 15.5 magnitude PGC 34493.
