NGC 2366 is an irregular galaxy in Camelopardus that is a member of the M81 group. At magnitude 10.8, it should not trouble an 8" telescope from reasonably dark skies. Nesr the southern end of the galaxy is a large star-forming region designated as NGC 2363. The galaxy is about 11 million light years away.

The glow at the bottom of the image is not another galaxy. Rather it is from a 9th magnitude star just out of the field.
