Comet Halley

10 minutes exposure. Kodak Tri - X 400 film. 50mm f/1.8 Yachica camera.

This was my first successful photograph of the comet after it reappeared from behind the Sun. Earlier attempts were frustrated by the morning twilight. At this time, the comet was about magnitude 3.1 with a 3 degree tail to the naked eye.
