NGC 1087 is a bright spiral galaxy in Cetus. Visible in the same field is another moderately bright galaxy, NGC 1090. Numerous other faint background galaxies are also visible in the image. Many of these are around 16th magnitude and may be accessible to large telescopes under dark skies.
