Shahriar Khondokar
Graduated from Maple Leaf in August 1995.

He immediately came to Tech in Fall 1995 and is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Physics and Math.

Physical : 5 11' and 170 lbs.
Strengths - Can do very well in anything that interests him.

Nahid Hussain
Graduated in August 1995 though A 'levels were completed the year before.
First year of Studies were at Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, TX starting in Fall 1995.

Transferred to Tech in Fall 1996 and is pursuing his bachelor's degree in Engineerin Physics with a specialty in Electrical Engineering.
Undergraduate Research Assistant in Biophysics lab, Physics Dept. (Fall 96 to present).
Expected to graduate in December 1999.
Current Secretary of Muslim Student Association (MSA).
Will continue in Graduate School.

Physical : 5 9' and 165 lbs.
Strengths - Can hit the books all day long. Killer instinct to focus and forget everything around him.
                  Overall,his simplicity of life and his ever-readiness to help others (which is going to change soon).
Nature: Calm,quiet, and understanding.
Likes : Writing, reading, bodybuilding, Shooting the breeze and sports.
Dislikes : Hypocrites and change.

  

Tamzid Farhat
Graduated in August 1995.
Star student at Maple Leaf. Intense competition with Nahid Hussain, Zaki Wahhaj, Mridul Chowdury and Shoeib Reza Chowdhury previously at Maple Leaf.

Came to Tech in Spring of 1997 and is pursuing a major in Chemistry.
Expects to graduate in December 2000.

Physical : 5 5' and 125 lbs.
Strengths - Killer instinct to be the best in what he likes.His persistence.
Nature: Typically a soft spoken and taciturn guy.
Likes : Reading, classical music, video games, soccer(especially in play-station).
Dislikes : Bullshitting and double-crossing.

Ferdous Alam
Graduated in August 1996.
Cool headed guy with heavy metal hair.

Came to Tech in Spring of 1997 and is pursuing a major in MIS.
Expects to graduate in December 2000.
Current President of the Bangladesh Student Association (SADESH).

Physical : 5 8' and 145 lbs.
Strengths - Music, good debator and leadership.
Nature: Nonchalant.Takes life coolly.
Likes: Social Activities, "Adda", video games and playing guitars.
Dislikes:When somebody bothers him when he is sleeping.

Asif Hossain
Graduted in August 1997.
Stood 1st in every single class in his school life.Two times student of the year at Maple Leaf - 1995 and 1997.
Very sharp and one of the most intelligent persons I have ever met; If rattled, competes until he makes his point or proves he is the best.

Joined Tech in Spring 1998 and is currently majoring in Engineering Physics(EE option).
Undergraduate Research Assistant in High Energy Physics lab, Physics Dept. (Spring 99 to present).
Loudmouth and interesting; not the traditional nerd one would expect.
Previously sports coordinator of SADESH.

Physical : 5 10.5'  and 173 lbs.
Strengths - Music, good debator and competitiveness to show that he is excellent.
Nature- Energetic and funny, but very stubborn.
Likes: Social Activities, music, video games, Cricket, football, hanging around with friends.

  

Yaman Hossain
Graduated in August 1997.

Joined Tech in Spring 1998 and is majoring in Electrical Engineering. Expecting to transfer to Physics.
Loudmouth and jocular.
Current Secretary of SADESH.

Physical : 5 9.5' and 170 lbs.
Strengths - Music, rock hard rhino skin, to achieve what he wants by hook or crook.
Nature - funny and loud, blabbermouth..one rarely sees his mouth closed.
Likes: Social Activities and making new friends. Die hard supporter when others play.
Dislikes: Being betrayed.

Julian
Graduated in August 1996.
Previously at Boston University.

Transferred to Tech in Spring 1999 and is majoring in Business Administration.
