Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor in the Physics department at Texas Tech University. My team and I work on very young supernovae, near field cosmology, and active galactic nuclei. I also dabble in instrumentation. This website is always a work in progress.

If you are an undergraduate looking for a research opportunity, please contact me. No real experience is necessary. All I expect is enthusiasm and reliability.

I am hiring a postdoc to work on resolved stellar populations in the Local Volume. Please email me directly if you have any questions! Here is the job ad. (it will be up on January 1st 2017)
