Welcome to the Department of Physics
The department is housed in the Science Building and supervises the following degree programs:
- Bachelor of Science in Physics
- Master of Science in Physics
- Master of Science in Applied Physics
- Doctor of Philosophy in Physics
The B.S.E.P. program in engineering physics is offered jointly with various engineering departments and listed under the College of Engineering. These interdisciplinary options afford flexibility in coursework and area of research concentration. Renewed joint programs are now under development.
An M.S. degree involving industry internships (MSI) is available to selected graduate students.
