Program Schedule of Talks

1. All submitted abstracts will be accepted, in the format (poster or oral) submitted. Formal notification and time slot allocation will likely come mid-to-late next week.
2. For posters, any format may be used, and the size limits are 4X4 feet.

Schedule

• October 24: Registration and Welcome Reception from 6 to 9 pm in the Red Raider Lounge---light refreshments provided.
• October 25: Registration at 8:00 am outside Matador Room. Sessions all Day 9:00 am-5:30 pm. Banquet at 6:00 pm at the Merket Alumni Center.
• October 26: Sessions 9:00 am-1:00 pm. Workshops til 2:30 pm.

Length of Talks

• Invited Talks: 20 minutes + 4 minutes for questions
• Contributed Talks: 10 minutes + 2 minutes for questions
